Burn4Privacy offers this services, including all information, and tools provided to you through the website, all users are conditioned upon acceptance of our terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By using our website, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ( our “Terms”), in addition to other terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms are applicable to all users of the site which includes without limitation users who are browsing the website, customers, vendors, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By further access or use of any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 3. A "Visitor" is someone who merely browses this website, but has not registered as a member.

4. A "Client" or "member" is an individual that has subscribed with us to make use of our services.

5. "Service" or "Services" represents the collective features and functionality as offered to our members through our website.

6. A "User" or "Users" is a collective identifier that refers to either a Member or Visitor.

7. All text, information, graphics, audio, video, and data offered through this website are collectively known as "Content".

8. "Public Number" is a free phone number that is publicly displayed on our website for users to use at no charge. 

9. "Private Number" is a subscription based phone number assigned to a member who purchased purchased a specific number.

10. "Rates" are the prices assigned to some our subscription services.

11 "Provider" is a third-party telecommunication company that provides Burn4Privacy telecommunication services we offer to Users.

 

Legal Compliance

By using our website and its associated Services, you agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations. 

 

Privacy Policy

You agree that you have read, understood and agree with our Privacy Policy.User hereby consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the terms of Our Privacy Policy. 

 

Subject of the Agreement

Under this Agreement, Burn4Privacy provides the Phone Number, the Services, and technical maintenance to the User. 

Users understands that Burn4Privacy is not a telecommunication provider. We only provide the possibility for User to interject e.g. in a telecommunication network.

Subscription/purchased service shall commence within an hour after activation of a Private Number the Member.

Purchased Private number will be delivered to Members through the email associated to their registered account.

By registering on our website or placing an order or purchasing/activating a number or using our services, you automatically accept all sections and stipulations of this Agreement. Performing any of these actions legally binds you to this Agreement indefinitely and/or until it is terminated in accordance with our termination section of this Agreement. 

 

Rights and Obligations

Burn4Privacy reserves the right to:

• Terminate the Agreement in accordance with the termination section of this Agreement.
• Investigate reported violations of any of our operational Terms and to take necessary action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to canceling your membership account, reporting any suspected illicit activity to law enforcement bodies, regulators, or other third parties. 
• Restrict or suspend a User from further use of our website or Services if such User violates this Agreement in part or in whole or any other operational legal document of Burn4Privacy. Violation of any of our terms by a User using a Particular Private Number automatically affects all other Private Numbers associated to that User.
• Suspend usage of part or all of our services if irresolvable difficulties arises or technical failure that may render provision of access to the mobile network of the Provider impossible for the User.
• Update and/or modify this Agreement, change rates at any time, and modify any other legal document associated with our website operational policy. Such updates or changes are at our sole discretion and will be posted on our website pages or sent to Members email accounts.
• Suspend, bar, or restrict a User from further use of our Services without prior notice if the number of SMS to or from a Private Number is out of a fair usage proportion or is likely to cause congestion or distrupt the Services of Burn4Privacy. To provide all our Users quality services, we may from time to time limit the number of sms to or from a Private Number or we impose traffic restrictions by blocking on particular Numbers to protect Services quality.
• Replace a Private Number that is not functioning properly.
• Record all SMS to and from a Private Number for quality assesment purposes, for the use of our Provider, regulators, or law enforcement agencies upon request. All recorded SMS will be made available without limitations as well as data associated with the User account. As our User, you here consent to such recording by us and also grant our Provider the right to store and occassionally process such information.

 

The User reserves the right to:

• Request for a Private Number replacement if assigned number in faulty.
• Terminate this Agreement at its sole discretion with or without any cause and solely in accordance with the termination section of this Agreement.
• Request for assistance through any means of contacting as presented on our Website if faced with any problem or question associated with the Services we provide to such User.

 

The User is obligated to:

• Abide by all the terms of this Agreement as well as other accompanying legal documents.
• Pay for Services they wish to subscribe to and at the rate applicable to such Service.
• Refrain from using Private Number assigned to them for any prohibited activity that includes but not limited to spam messages, advertising campaigns, fraudulent messages, surveys, lotteries, pulic polls, or other prohibited activities that could damage the reputation of Burn4Privacy, harm others/our Providers, or negatively affect our business relationship with our Providers.
• To review our policy pages and this Agreement each time they visit or make use of this website.

 

Rates, Payments, and Refunds

All Private Number are subscription based and are pre-paid Service. 

Payments are handled by third-party payment processing company "Cryptapi".

Rates for our Services may vary from time to time. Any such change will be communicated to Members through email.

All purchases are final, we do not offer refund for any reason but can replace a faulty Private Number.

 

Intellectual Property

All contents and information listed on this website, including but not limited to, any text in whatever format, software, images, graphics, video, sounds, audiovisual combination, interactive features, patents, any form of trademarks, service marks and/or logos contained therein, and any other form or type of material you may contribute to, or viewed on this website are the exclusive property of or licensed to Burn4Privacy, subject to intellectual property rights, trademarks, and copyright legal sanctity under United States laws, foreign laws, and international conventions.

The conditions attached herewith entails that no materials, content or information from this website may be lifted or copied, republished or reproduced, posted or uploaded, distributed or transmitted, in any way or under any circumstances without written or express permission of the rights owner. By using this website, you undertake not to in any manner, circumvent, frustrate, disable, destroy, or otherwise interfere with security designated features of this website or features that restrict or prevent use or copying of any content or material information.

Burn4Privacy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Website and Services strictly in accordance with this Agreement. Your use of our Website and Services are solely for internal, personal, noncommercial purposes, unless otherwise provided in this Agreement. No printout or electronic version of any part of our website or services may be used by you in any litigation or arbitration matter whatsoever under any circumstances.

Unlawful Activity

 

We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of this Agreement and take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your profile, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses, and traffic information. You will not attempt to reverse engineer Burn4Privacy, any portion of it or try to reverse engineer the programming code.

 

 

Termination of the Agreement

 

 

This Agreement may be terminated at any moment upon mutual agreement of the Parties or in the cases stipulated herein.

 

The User reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any moment at his/her own discretion.

SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

 

Governing Law

Our legal terms shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Austria and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of law principles. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Any cause of action by you with respect to our website, must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred.
